专利摘要:
A reach back carrier includes a self-propelled tractor and a wheeled trailer having a generally U-shaped frame with rearwardly projecting side members and a forwardly projecting integral gooseneck pivotally connected to the tractor to permit turning thereof at substantially right angles, a cradle is pivotally mounted adjacent the rear ends of the side members and adapted to engage trunnions on the pot. A rear cross frame is secured between the side members and has rigidly attached rearwardly projecting mounting members thereon with a plurality of trailer wheels journalled on transverse axes adjacent the ends of the side members and mounting members for supporting the trailer, at least one of the wheels on each side of the trailer center line having an axis set forward of the axes of the other wheels, a rear hydraulic actuator secured to at least one of the side members and mounting members behind each of the one wheels, the hydraulic actuator being located substantially within the overall length and width of the trailer defined by the outer perimeter of the wheels and has an outrigger foot for engaging the ground when the pot is lifted and dumped by the cradle, and a primary hydraulic actuator for swinging the cradle about the pivotal mounting for lifting the pot through the trunnions from a position behind the trailer wheels and swinging the pot into a transport position on the trailer ahead of the wheels.
The invention relates to vehicles, in particular to a carrier, which can be moved backward behind the rear wheels in order to grab or unload heavy containers, preferably a slag ladle, a foundry ladle, and the like. The purpose of the invention is to improve performance by increasing maneuverability. FIG. Figure 1 shows a schematic side view of the vehicle (the solid lines show the slag ladle in its forward transport position and the dotted lines indicate the ladle, which either raises or lowers to the ground by the tilting back tilter of the transport device); in fig. 2 - the same plan view; in fig. 3 - then cm back view; in fig. 4 - the same, side view (dash-dotted lines show the slag ladle in the transport position, and solid lines in the rear discharge position). A rear loading and unloading vehicle 1 for lifting, transporting and unloading a slag bucket 2 or a similar tank contains a trailer 3 with an S-bend 4 projecting forward, connected to a weight 5, for example, two-wheeled. The trailer 3 and the t gach 5 rotate about a vertical axis 6 passing along the axis of the wheels of 7 t gach. The dp of the controlling mechanisms 8 are connected to the gaiter 5 and the trailer 3 in order to ensure rotation around the vertical axis 6 in order to ensure high maneuverability. S-shaped bend 4 provides sufficient clearance so that the hook 5 can turn at right angles to the trailer 3 (Fig. 2), and the vehicle can turn within its length. The slag bucket 2 (or other container) is provided with side pins 9 for lifting and unloading the bucket 2. The latter is also provided with a reinforced base 10, with the result that it can be installed directly on the ground or on top of the intermediate carrier. Typically, bucket 2 has a reinforced upper flange 11, and also contains circumferential and vertical reinforcing flanges 12 and 13 located adjacent to the axial line of the trunnions. The trailer 3 has a frame of 14 LI-shaped, imemtsuyu heavy tubular cross member 15, made in one piece with the W-knee 4 and two lateral protruding back hydraulic support elements 21 attached at least to elements 16, 17 and 19 behind each of the wheels 20 moved forward. Support elements 21 are installed essentially within the total length and width of the trailer 3, bounded by the outer contours of the wheels 20, and each of them supplied 10, a support 22 interacting with the ground when the bucket 2 is lifted and unloaded. For lifting and unloading the bucket 2, the trailer 3 is equipped with a tilt frame 15–23, fixed by means of a hinge 24 near the rear ends of the side members 16 and 17, and provided with a receiving groove 25 for engaging the trunnions 9. In an alternative construction, hinged holders 26 are provided for holding the trunnions 9 in the grooves 25. Turning frame 23 is U-shaped and mainly covers bucket 2 of tubular fione 25 with a recess 27, which extends ahead of the side elements 28 and 29 of the cantilever frame. The strut 30 is hinged to the crossmember 27 and selectively interacts with the shoulder 11 of the bucket 30 2 for its retention p from free turning on the pins 9.. On each side of the axial line of the trailer, the first hydraulic cylinders 31, hinged to - corresponding side elements 16 and 17 and to the first levers 32, hinges but attached behind each lateral element 16 and 17 near and below the ball of the rim 24 of the frame of the turner 23. The second 40, the levers 33 connect the levers 32 and the frame of the turn-off device to tilt the latter around its hinges 24 when the cylinder rods 31 extend or retract. As shown in FIG. 1 by the elemental elements 16 and 17, which are connected by 45 tyr lines, the tilter of the turn-tubular rear crossmember 18. back to the rear position, a large number of mounting mounting elements 19 are rigidly fixed on the rear crossbar 18 and the resultant of which the tilter rotates, lift the bucket up and forward to the transport position, shown in solid lines at 4 mg. one. I , yut from her back. Provided medium-) for rotating a large number of wheels of the tricyped wheels 20 on transverse axles adjacent to the ends of the side members 16 and 17 and the members 19 for supporting the trailer 3. At least one of the wheels 20 on each side of the center line of the trailer has an axis that is offset forward from the axis of the other wheels, and the rear hydraulic support elements 21 attached at least to elements 16, 17 and 19 behind each of the wheels displaced forward 20. Support elements 21 are mounted substantially within the total length and width of the trailer 3, bounded by the outer contours of the wheels 20, and each they are supplied 0 bearing 22, interacting with the ground, when bucket 2 rises and unloads. For lifting and unloading the bucket 2, the trailer 3 is equipped with a tilt frame 5 to 23, fixed by means of a hinge 24 adjacent to the rear ends of the side members 16 and 17 and provided with a receiving groove 25 intended to interact with the pins 9. 0 ante structures are provided with hinge holders 26 for retaining the trunnions 9 in the grooves 25. The frame of the tilting device 23 is U-shaped and mainly covers the bucket 2 with tubular fione5 rechin 27, which is passing the side members 28 and 29 of the tilting frame ahead of me. The strut 30 is hinged to the crossmember 27 and selectively interacts with the shoulder 11 of the bucket 0 2 to keep it from free rotation on the pins 9.. On each side of the axial line of the trailer, the first hydraulic cylinders 31, hinged to - corresponding side elements 16 and 17 and to the first arms 32, hinged at the back of each side element 16 and 17 near and below the hinge 24 of the frame of the turn-off device 23. The second 0, the levers 33 connect the levers 32 and the frame of the turn-off device to tilt the latter around its hinges 24 when the cylinder rods 31 extend or retract. As shown in FIG. 1 by dashed lines, the tilter rotates back to the rear position, in as a result, the tilter rotates, raising the bucket up and forward to the transport position, shown in solid lines by 4 mg. one. When unloading the bucket 2, the frame of the tilting device 23 is rotated backwards and the bucket is fixed against free rotation. This is achieved by the interaction of the strut 30 with the bucket 11 of the bucket, the bucket is rotated into the unloading position with the tilter. In another embodiment, the lock 34 on the tilter can selectively interact with the flange 13 to prevent free rotation (Fig. 3).
